We went to a trip and this was a very good experience overall, good service, good food, hot and on time! Rooms were very clean. All 50 people were treated with courtesy. Our driver was very happy too. We are planning going back to Santa Fe, NM on August of 2016 again and this hotel its going to be on top of my list.

The Best Staff You Could Hope For!
I recently held a four day meeting at The Lodge and could not ask for better service. I started planning the meeting more than a year before hand and had great communication from the sales staff. When there was a glitch in one of the dinners I was going to have at The Lodge's sister hotel The St. Francis, their banquet manager went out of her way to help me make alternate arrangements that were very successful. I can't say enough about the staff. They were always accommodating and amazingly friendly. Since my meeting had over 100 attendees and a pretty tight meeting schedule, it was really important to me to have a staff that would be there when I needed them. They came through in every way. Now, if you're looking for modern, polished and fancy rooms, this probably isn't the space for you. But if you want excellent and accommodating service, please do yourself a favor and work with this hotel.

Excellent place to hold a meeting
We just held a 4 day meeting for 70 people at the lodge, which included overnight rooms, meals and meeting space. The rooms were very comfortable and well kept. Meals were good, served on-time, with generous portions. The meeting facilities were excellent - it was a comfortable, well lit setting. The banquet staff is outstanding. They are very customer service focused and went out of their way to check in several times a day. Plus, they made good suggestions to enhance our experience, and opened up another conference room they weren't using to help us with food service. This is the second Heritage Hotel we've held a meeting at (the other was Esplendor in Rio Rico, AZ). Both experiences were great, showing that Heritage is a well run company.

Very personable and accommodating
My husband and I stayed 6 nights while participating in a Road's Scholar program. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There were meeting and dining rooms just for our group. The distance from downtown Santa Fe required using the shuttle that was provided by the hotel but there was a large shopping center within walking distance-if you don't mind walking up hill on the return hike. Staff, especially Robert who managed the rooms for the group, and Kristin at the front desk, were very personable and accommodating.

Helpful Staff
Just a note of thanks for helping me organize last Thursday's event. The room and catering worked out well and the staff were helpful when we needed to make a few requests. What a great place to stay!
I just wanted to send you a little note to thank you for all of your work on Bead Fest Santa Fe this year. The shuttle at the Lodge at Santa Fe was great and often enough that it was useful. The staff at the Lodge were wonderful to work with. In fact, it is the first time I've been to a hotel that actually had my boxes ready for me when I checked in! Amazing. Lastly, I wanted to put in a word about the Lodge at Santa Fe: what a great place to stay. Even though I had a room that required going upstairs to get to the lobby it was very workable. The facility was lovely, rooms quiet, location easy to get to, etc. and again, the staff were top drawer. They helped me get things back to my room, up to my classroom, you name it. When I left they gave me a CD of all of the music they had been playing in the hotel! What a welcome treat that was for the drive back to ABQ! It's a wonderful collection of music to boot and I just love it. This really made being away from home a MUCH nicer experience for me though I missed being in the center of all of the action as much - not a bad thing REALLY! Thanks again for yet another GREAT event!
