Nate Wells - Executive Director Lodge Collection
Nate Wells oversees the creation, implementation and leadership of the Heritage Lodge Collection. Throughout his career, Nate has led operations, human resources and customer service teams from single property to corporate level in the retail, food & beverage and hospitality industries.





Dave Parker - Director of Operations
Dave has enjoyed a career primarily in Food & Beverage, contributing to some of the finer hotels in Boston, Florida, Washington D.C., the Bahamas and Santa Fe. He also has accounting experience as an F&B Cost Controller, Assistant Controller and Hotel Controller, and unique training and experience in Forecast & Labor Management at two major resort hotels. Dave was with Wyndham when they were a Resort Hotel company, and more recently with Noble House in Santa Fe. For the past few years Dave has been the Director of Operations at The Bishop’s Lodge, overseeing the Food and Beverage Division as well as all major groups and events.


Ruben A. Vasquez - Regional Director of Sales
Originally, from Los Angeles, Ruben brings to our hotel team an extensive background in brand marketing, group sales and managing for variety of Fortune 500 companies. He has worked with The Santa Fe Opera, The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, Abba Technologies, The Santa Fe New Mexican, KOAT.com, Con Agra, Minute Maid, Nestle, Dell, HP, Amazon, Acer, Toshiba and Blackberry, and consulted with a New Mexico company fulfilling QVC.com. Ruben is passionate about the culture in Santa Fe, and remains focused on providing the best experience for all his guests.
