Guest Reviews of Our Santa Fe, New Mexico Hotel

I've stayed here several times and have always been upgraded in some way (even though I stay in the off season and pay low rates). A better room, a better view, tickets to the flamenco show ...it's just always a nice surprise. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. It's easy to get to the Plaza using the shuttle, and since I usually get a rental car, it's convenient to the whole city. Absolutely can't beat the level of service and comfort for the price.

We stayed at The Lodge on our last trip to Santa Fe and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the experience was. Our first two nights were in a Kiva suite, but we actually liked our regular king room better. Both rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I have recommended it to family and will stay there again.

Don't look elsewhere, from the friendly staff to the shuttle to and from the plaza to the dinner courses coupled with the fine selection of libations, you won't find a better deal in Santa Fe. Not to mention the perfect bedding and view......and flamenco!!! A great Santa Fe experience! You wish you were here now. Plus, really fast internet for free and free parking.

We recently stayed at the Lodge during the Thanksgiving break and booked their New Mexico cultural package. We had a simply wonderful experience. The hotel decor was charming and very much in keeping with the cultural flavor of the city. The staff had a nice welcome kit put together as a part of our cultural package which also included a cultural pass with entry to a number of state monuments and museums. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, courteous and responsive to our requests. The complimentary breakfast that was included as a part of this package was better than any other hotel we have recently stayed in, with a wide array of American and Mexican choices and not like the other typical run of the mill buffets. The location of the hotel was great, with great views of Santa Fe and relatively close proximity to the Plaza. I highly recommend staying at the Lodge to get the complete old world charm coupled with all modern luxuries.

"I just wanted to send you a note about the amazing service we received at the Lodge. First, a little background on us. We (me, my wife and my 4 year old)are driving cross country as we relocate to Vancouver from New Jersey and the service here was out of this world ( I am a veteran of the hospitality industry, working for Kimpton Hotels for almost 5 years). Your employees went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They moved us to a bigger room (405) when my wife noted there was not a lot of sun in our first room (111), but who I really need to signal out are Lily and Chris.

Lily helped move our room, gave us suggestions for dinner downtown, and gave me locations of barber shops, along with marking them all on a map

Chris was incredible, he drove us downtown, pointed out a bunch of sights, where to go and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. He told us to call him when ever we were ready to head back, and would pick us up, even if we weren't at the other hotel. We did walk off our dinner back to the plaza, and found out we had just missed him, but a quick call to the hotel and he came right back and got us.

About 30mins later, we headed to the lobby as my boy wanted to make s'mores at the fire, Chris had just walked by with his dinner, but must have heard my son ask about them, because he was back in under a minute with a s'mores kit for Will. This kind of service is above and beyond.

We are heading to your las cruces location today, and can not wait.
